From the 2024 season, both the IPF and the EPF will have a new strategic partner on board. VisitMalta will join both federations as their “Official Destination Partner”.
As a result of the most successful IPF Classic Open Powerlifting World Championships held in St. Julian’s in Malta in 2023, Malta Tourism Authority have decided to come on board as a strategic partner.
This will have the effect that international events, both World and European, will be held regularly in Malta. Malta Tourism Authority also wants to promote the destination among the powerlifting community and will be present at all IPF and EPF events.
