He represented Denmark at many congresses in the IPF and the EPF. He was an international lifter and coach and a good international cat.1 referee as well.
Laursen hosted several European championships of excellent standard in Denmark.
He will be missed in Denmark and by many friends abroad. The good memory of Helge will live in our hearts and our thoughts go to his family, particularly his wife, Dorte, and their young son Mikkel.
