The 2021 General Assembly was held last evening the 2nd of August 2021 and opened by President Arnulf Wahlstrom. From 36 member nations, only 15 nations attended due to the current Covid situation. Full minutes will be published later.
It was agreed that the Arnold Classic Europe in Seville, planned for 17 -19 September this year, will be cancelled because of a shortage of entries due to the current restrictions. It’s hoped that the event will go ahead as planned in Seville next year.
The EPF is delighted to announce that Poland will host the European Open, J & SJ Equipped 2 -8 May 2022.
Two federations will this year celebrate 50 years in the EPF. A commemoration plaque was presented to Tero Hyttinen, Finland and tomorrow, at the medal’s ceremony, a similar plaque will be presented to Sandro Rossi of Italy.
Last, but most definitely not least, EPF are delighted to be signing a new partnership contract with A7 Fitness. Owen Hubbard of A7 and a European Champion, signed on behalf of A7. Many congratulations to both parties for the realisation of this valued sponsorship deal.
