It is with profound sadness that the European Powerlifting Federation (EPF) has learned of the unexpected passing of Sandro Eusébio, President of the Portuguese Powerlifting Federation.
Being 52 years old Sandro was not only a respected leader within his national federation but also dedicated advocate for the sport he loved.
Under his leadership, the Portuguese Powerlifting Federation experienced growth, fostering a new generation of lifters and hosting competitions that embodied his values of fairness, camaraderie, and excellence.
Beyond his official duties, Sandro will be remembered for his warm spirit and unwavering friendship to many within the European powerlifting community.
