IMPORTANT NEWS REGARDING THE ARNOLD CLASSIC UK CHAMPIONSHIPS 23^RD TO 25^TH September 2022

The deadline for preliminary nomination to the above event HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 1^ST AUGUST 2022. 

Please get your nominations in for this prestigious event, to be held in Birmingham, UK.  The prize money is a MASSIVE 34,200 EUROS!  Federations! Athletes!  Clubs!  Get your nominations in before Monday 1^st August!  

REMEMBER - NOMINATIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE GOODLIFT NOMINATION SYSTEM.

FRIDAY - equipped powerlifting with 16 women in the morning and 16 men in the afternoon

SATURDAY - classic powerlifting, again with 16 women in the morning and 16 men in the afternoon

SUNDAY - the big equipped Bench Clash with 24 women competing in the morning session and 24 men in the afternoon session
