Antonietta Orsini and Jaroslaw Olech are awarded “European Lifters 2009”. Each year EPF appoints the best lifter of each sex to the “European Lifter of the Year”. The calculation is based on the Open European and World championships or World Games. For 2009 this prestigious title goes to Antonietta Orsini from Italy and Jaroslaw Olech from Poland.
